Proceeds benefit the Lane RMC Foundation and it's projects at the hospital. Join in the fun Saturday, May 21st, from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., in Historic Downtown Zachary. Admission and parking are FREE. Tasting bands are $15 each for unlimited chili and salsa tasting. Visitors to the event will sample some of the best chili and salsa around while cooking teams compete for cash prizes. Enjoy live music, concessions, arts & crafts market, chili & salsa, FREE children's tent, and more!!! Additional entertainment includes Kids Zone, Face Painting, Pie in the Face, and much more! Bring your chairs and stay for the day. The Code Red Chili Cook-off competition is open to amateurs and professionals of ALL AGES, and team entries can be taken up until the day of the event. Downtown Live at the Gazebo returns with music in the Zachary Historic Village starting Friday, March 15th from 6 - 9 p.m. The spring series has been announced. Come out and hear top notch entertainment, have dinner in the village at one of the many gourmet food trucks and dance the night away, under the stars. Concerts are all FREE, thanks to our many wonderful community sponsors.
