The Tempest, presented by the Louisiana Shakespeare Company, tells a story that the people of Louisiana know very well: A storm that decimates a city and leaves its inhabitants stranded. Set in modern day New Orleans, this adaptation of The Tempest brings these over 400 year old characters to the most magical city in the US. Join us for a tale of magic, love, betrayal, and freedom as we proudly present William Shakespeare’s The Tempest. |
