A chance meeting leads him to a night with two of the biggest stars in America, Richard Pryor and Marvin Gaye. While Reggie attempts to probe the two men, he ends up searching his own soul and realizes he has more in common with them than he ever would have believed. The interview becomes a meditation on genius, art, pain, and insanity and Reggie would never view the two men, or himself, the same again. A stage play in three acts. |

Our goal is to celebrate the African American tradition through performance art. The belief is that art not only examines the world we live in, but it can change it for the better. We present an opportunity for the African American community in Baton Rouge to create original performance pieces that will express different facets of the Black experience which is indeed the human experience.
There will be a cash prize for the best performed and written piece.
